The Role in a Nutshell

We are looking for a full time, office-based IT Support Executive for our London office. You will be responsible for supporting, organising, and coordinating IT operations and procedures across the UK Group to ensure their smooth and efficient running within a fast paced and increasingly agile working environment. The ideal person will have ruthless organisational and project management skills, a good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, be adaptable, calm and have good interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Manage interface with our IT provider, including service management and IT ticket and approval system
  • IT onboarding/offboarding including IT induction
  • Maintain IT procedures/administrative systems and implement new ones as we grow and change
  • Support, manage, and troubleshoot IT provision
  • Provide technical support and training to ensure all staff follow established standards and guidelines
  • Manage security systems and training portal: KnowB4, Duo & 1Password
  • Monitor security mailboxes and point of contact for security incidents
  • Provide support for security compliance/IT related risk management and be a key member of the ISO27001 certification team
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain security /compliance standards and functionality
  • Review ongoing weekly, monthly and quarterly IT reports
  • Ensure BCDR process and testing is met on an ongoing basis
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients to support various business needs

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of IT systems (Mac, Windows 10) and applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Have knowledge of working within the media industry
  • Ability to troubleshoot and proactive in problem solving
  • A supportive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
