Chief Operating Officer wanted in London HQ

As the COO, you will be a vital support to the CEO and a key member of the Management Board. You will provide specific support to the MDs of the group businesses and ensure the IT, operations and legal/contractual aspects of the group run smoothly.

You will be excited by the challenges presented in a privately-owned, entrepreneurial business and will help drive the commercial success of the business whilst staying true to our core objectives of delivering outstanding work for clients and building a fulfilled and motivated team.

The role spans financial and commercial management, operations, legal, HR and IT across the four companies in the group with financial and commercial aspects being the highest priority for the business.

We are looking for someone with a combination of ‘hard’ financial and organisational, and ‘soft’ people skills to contribute to the continued success of this dynamic business.
