We said there were exciting things ahead for Firefish in 2024 and so let us begin with…

Our quantitative and data analytics business, the numbers lab, has rebranded as Firefish Data!

Building on its decade-long excellence in primary quantitative research, this rebrand has taken place to better reflect the business’ evolution into one that is delivering fully connected, integrated and agile human insights consulting, driven by AI, connected data and new technologies.

It obviously covers both our London and New York teams, and we are really looking forward to this next chapter.

Some important things we would like you all to know:

  • The new Firefish Data website will launch soon, and new email addresses will be going live in the coming weeks across our UK and US offices, so we ask clients to save those in their contacts when they come through.
  • All team members can still be contacted on their email addresses while we transition – and for a good while after to ensure no loss of service – so do feel free to carry on reaching out on those.
