Innovation & Strategy expert, Geri Jacobs, joins Firefish USA
We are delighted to announced that Geri Jacobs, innovation and strategy extraordinaire, has joined Firefish USA as a Senior Director, based in our New York office.
Geri brings over 20 years of experience in global brand strategy, innovation and insight,having held roles at Unilever’s Consumer Innovation, Experience & Trends Lab; The Big Picture; Publicis Groupe; & Ipsos, working across many categories from finance to fashion, consumer healthcare to CPG, beauty to beverages.
A cross-cultural strategist who has worked in over 30 countries and speaks Russian, Dutch, French & English fluently (as well as a smattering of 4 others), Geri specializes in Applied Empathy, helping brands and brand teams transform their thinking and strategy by embedding them in the way the people they serve think, feel and act. She also has a particular passion and expertise for helping clients bring more inclusive thinking to their innovation, with a human-centred, universal design mindset – something that we at Firefish work a lot on, which you can read about here.
