Second award win for the game-changing insight delivered to PayPal, that defined its global brand positioning
Waking up this morning with slightly sore heads after a jubilant night of dining and dancing, the Firefish team are delighted to announce that our work with PayPal on their global brand positioning has won another award! The Masters of Marketing celebrates projects that deliver a clear ROI for the client, as well as recognising truly innovative and impactful work, so we could not be happier to bag our second accolade for our ability to help move brands and businesses forward. This is something that we have always maintained as our raison d'etre, but it is always great to see that highly prestigous people from within and around the industry on the judging panels can testify to that too. Here's a little picture of the team with their trophy.
You may or may not have seen the news that this project also won the ESOMAR Research Effectiveness Award Gold Trophy Award last month at ESOMAR Congress 2016 in New Orleans, where a presentation of the project, its impact and the ongoing commitment to the brand's purpose throughout PayPal was given to the amassed delegation. It was a great event and one that puts the winning mixture of collaboration, shared understanding, innovative approaches and deep, strategic thinking under the spotlight as a model for success and one that we use as a basis for all the work we do with our clients.
We can also announce that this work is shortlisted in not one, but two, categories at this year's MRS Awards - Best International Research and the Virginia Valentine Award for Cultural Insight, so here’s to a bumper 2016 haul by the time the MRS Awards are over on 5th December.
