We put a strong emphasis on the happiness, fulfilment and development of our team. The desire to build an extraordinary team and create an extraordinary place to work is at the heart of what we strive for – it’s a priority for every team that’s just as important as the projects we deliver for clients. We have created our own training program, the ‘University of Firefish’, combining our own knowledge with that of industry experts, which we blend with bespoke individual training needs. Our monthly ‘Ministry of Education’ sessions bring in external speakers from industry and academia, and we whole-heartedly support all members of the team who wish to tread the boards at the conference circuit. Our 8Days initiative grants eight additional days per year for team members to follow a personal passion or desire for development – so far people are using them to learn languages, help charities or develop craft skills.
